Introduction

At Lumivoire, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you can cancel your order and how we handle cancellations.

 

Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

  • Cancellation Request: You can cancel your order without any penalty before it has been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible via email at customer@lumivoire.com or by phone at +91- 9985615840.
  • Confirmation: Once we receive your cancellation request, we will confirm the cancellation and process a full refund to your original payment method.

     

After Shipment

  • In-Transit Orders: If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may still return the product in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy.
  • Refusal of Delivery: If you refuse to accept delivery of a shipped order, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

     

Refund Process

  • Processing Time: Once your cancellation is confirmed (if the order is canceled before shipment), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.

     

Non-Cancellable Items

Certain items are non-cancellable once the order is placed. These include:

  • Products marked as "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products

     

Changes to the Order

  • Modifications: If you wish to modify your order (e.g., change the delivery address, update contact information), please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
